What we stand for
We believe that integrity and integration are interdependent. This means that Project Management learning should lead to new or better support systems and structures which enable the individual to make promises with growing confidence, knowing that it is possible to keep them.
The best learning takes place when you're actually doing the work and making the right mistakes.
What we strive for
To bring out the best in individuals and teams. To dig for underutilised and underestimated potential, and to put it to work. To detect thinking that prohibits growth, and to spot patterns that can be changed so that they too can energise the system. | How we do it
Our Project Management training is aligned to producing outcomes that feed into personal and organisational strategies. Recommendations are based on goals and strengths. We guide you towards asking the relevant questions.
Outcomes are not stated as earth-shattering overnight changes. Rather, changes take place incrementally: step-ups result from implementation, not from training per se.
Training may take the form of a practical rapid-results workshop, Consultative Tutoring, online collaborative learning or customised in-house learning events followed by ongoing support during implementation. We respect the confines of time and money.
We understand so well that the discipline of training is different from the discipline of implementation. If training isn't part of implementation, it won't work. |
What else
We also provide access to international standards-based training and university short courses in Project Management. Some of these are provided in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein, whereas others may also be held in Mozambique, Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia, Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya and the rest of Africa. |

Project training that works at work
 | There are no real-life stories of putting staff on a standard Project Management course procured by HR, and having them successfully deploy formal Project Management when they come back. We design the training towards the results that must be collectively achieved in the real environment where the participants work, including tutoring in skills pertinent only to specific individuals.
The result of every step in the training must justify the time and money spent on it.

Certificate courses
Formalising what you know
A certificate does not imply 'ability to do the job'. But where competence has already been formed through the application of insight and Project Management skill, it can provide an endorsement of formal knowledge. Through our free consulting service, you are assisted in choosing training which can contribute to the advancement of your career.
