As an individual...

Becoming a Project Manager is not about passing an exam. Depending on where you are in your career and what your goals are for the future, there may be several steps you could take, but only a few which you should take. Short courses, university programmes, international certifications... we provide consultative tuition and work with leading institutions to provide Project Management training courses which can assist with the formal training component of your development.

Our free consulting service can guide you in your study path based on where you are now and where you want to go.

As an organisation...

Implementing Project Management (or a Project Management methodology or software) in an organisation, department or team does not happen automatically as a result of "sending staff on training".

We'd like to understand your challenges and what you hope will change as a result of training. Together, we can then determine how to meet your specific needs cost-effectively in a manner relevant to your specific environment and projects.
